ベルリンを拠点に活動し、世界中の人気レーベルから作品をリリース、Nils FrahmやLuca Fadda、Ella Blixt (It’s A Musical)とのコラボレーションも記憶に新しいF.S. Blumm (エフエスブルム)と、ハンブルグ出身で、京都での滞在経験も持つ電子音楽家/チェロ奏者、レーベルPingipung主宰でもあるSpringintgut (シュプリンギントグート)による初の共作が、京都のnight cruisingからリリース。
2014年春に開催される2人のジャパンツアーのために作られた本作は、F.S. Blummの香り立つような渋みのあるギターとSpringintgutのエレガントなチェロを中心に、
民族的な生音や心地よい電子音、細やかなノイズ、繊細なフィールドレコーディングなど多彩な素材がふんだんに散りばめられています。
また、これまでツアーで世界中を旅してきた両者が吸収した空気が見事に表現されており、鮮やかでシネマティックな展開をみせています。
ワールドミュージックやモダンジャズ、インディーポップ、フォークトロニカなど幅広いリスナー層に聴いてほしい、極上の一枚です。

All music has been composed, played, recorded and produced by Andi Otto (Springintgut) and Frank Schültge (F.S. Blumm).
Frank Schültge has compiled and premastered all the tracks, and Björn Engelberg has done the final mastering.
The artwork for the CD has been designed by Seitaro Nishioka.
Andi Otto plays cello and most of the software used on this record. His “Fello” system connects the cello and audio software with the help of movement sensors on the cello bow. Frank Schültge plays guitars, analogue electronics and many things with no names.
This record has been made for the “Springintgut & F.S. Blumm Japan Tour” in 2014, organized by “night cruising”.
